Decision-making process during real-time flight control operation possible facilitate to having formalized description means of the script of flight control operation. Especially it is become important at deficiency of time which is characteristic for the decision-making process. The script, in this case, is the description of flight control process of the space vehicle directed on achievement to one the goals of flight control. The given description is possible in discrete space, for example time, with degree of accuracy. The description represents possible set phase of trajectories which can use the flight control system. In this case, the script will represent complex enough formal design in which various elements - models, scales, variable - achievements of the considered purpose describing process.

In this paper we calculate the most efficient laser irradiation mode for the photodynamic therapy. The performances of continuous and pulsed treating are analyzed. The optimality of multipulse mode is shown. The laser pulse form for the maximum procedure effectiveness is found. The obtained results are useful for the malignant tumors treatment method selection.

Four-axle vehicle with transformable running gear is researched in the article. Running gear is implemented as lift axles. Its correspondence with possible turning modes is explored. Main attention is drawn to the turning mode with desynchronization of angular velocities of different axle wheels rotation – front axle slip and rear axle slide turning mode. The calculations done by means of simulation shows such mode allows to reduce turning diameter as much as possible, until the vehicle will turn around the central point of rear axle. The application of this turning mode is reasonable in conditions of limited space.

The work purpose is research of possibility of creation of the prototype of power installation. The stand is necessary for working off of algorithms of management full-size multiloop closed gas-turbine installations of space appointment and also researches of associatively of modules closed gas-turbine installation on various performance behavior. In the article the basic layout difficulties, constructional methods of their overcoming and methods of improvement of characteristics closed gas-turbine installation as a whole are considered, resorting to various layout decisions. The given stand will allow to find out basic problems of creation of multiloop turbo machines on an early stage design.

Issues of people rescue from the crashed car body are researched in the article. It is described the method of hydroabrasive metal cutting. Mobile vehicle with hydroabrasive cutting tool based on a wheeled chassis was proposed to deal with the consequences of car accinents. The Idea application is reasonable for cars as well as for bullet-proof, military and railroad vehicles.

A simple model of lightning appearance based on hydrodynamic equations of charged gas flow was introduced in paper [3]. It is possible to transform a system of partial differential equations into equation of type (4). The question about analytical solution in general question is still open to this model. Because of the nonlinearity of a problem a question of the effect of initial conditions on the type of the type of solutions is crucial. In this paper an analytical solution of equation (4) is introduced. An ordinary differential equation was investigated by phase plane methods in stationary case. A different kind of motions realized in the model were established.

Intelligence property is crucial for all modern information and control systems. The experience of the last decade in facing many practical problems of developing advanced applied systems has shown that intelligent technologies are the most fruitful and economically justified in the development of modern automated control systems. The authors proposed the solution of the problem of making of control and information systems intelligent based on the concept and methodology of ambient intelligence. They formulated the concept of ambient intelligence as a hybrid meta-agent with distributed perception system and centralized executive system. The key role in creating ambient intelligence is played by automated measurements and assessments tools related to the class of SCADA-systems. The evolution of SCADA systems is discussed in the paper, their structure and function, together with various factors bringing about the need for further development of these systems, are considered. The ways of constructing intelligent SCADA-systems are shown.

In this paper have been studied basic technological aspects of electro-flotation treatment of microbiological manufactures’ wastewaters. It is shown, that using electro-flotation treatment may result in significant decrease of suspended and diluted organics in wastewater. Duration of flotation and approximate energy consumption level have been also estimated.

In order to carry out monitoring of condition of potentially dangerous objects it is required to have a presence of certain amount of information about these objects. In this paper space bases are examined as a source of information. In the real life it is not ordinary information used, but rather tangible rational information. Quantity of information that is needed for analysis of potentially dangerous objects is important in their monitoring. In this paper is described an assessment methodology of quality and quantity of information that is obtained at uranium concentration plant monitoring by the space facilities.

In this research an intensification of flotation waste water treatment by vibration is studied. A multistage model of flotation kinetics has been developed in order to take into consideration vibration effects. It was shown that vibration application to the flotation treatment of waste water results in drastical increase of treatment efficiency. Paint and varnish industry waste waters were treated with affect of vibration. Summarizing, it may be concluded that use of vibration in flotation wastewater treatment results in high process intensification.

During real time flight operations оne of approaches to increase efficiency of the control of space vehicle’s parameters is creation of hierarchical monitoring system. Such system has to monitoring data from space vehicle in a ground contour of flight control. At creation of the hierarchical monitoring system there is a problem of an estimation information loading levels on its structural elements. Also distribution of information loading between structural elements of the monitoring system should be uniform, providing thus conditions of effective and reliable work of the system. In article described one of possible approaches to formalization of distribution of information loading is considered by modeling the hierarchical monitoring system.

This article presents calculations of the cryotherapeutic procedure and the refrigerating machinery demanded for its carrying out. The low temperature air physiotherapy (cryotherapy) is an effective technique for druds free treatment and disease prevention. Today implementation of the cryotherapy is slowed down because of difficulties in maintenance of the installations, the insufficient research base, the simplified technical decisions in developing of installations. Calculation of the cryotherapeutic procedure is carried out in the conditions of nozzle extension air stream on a body of the person that allows to create the installation based on a efficient method of cooling of a surface of a body. Air cooling in the cabin is carried out by the vapor compression refrigerating machine.
Analysis of the oscillating system of force measuring unit in piston tribometer

The analysis of the oscillating system measuring unit in piston tribometer is given. The good agreement between calculated and experimental behavior of piston friction is shown. A way of reducing the phase shift (offset) when measuring the friction force the piston by an elastic suspension bands is specified.

The main problem with manufacturing of large convex mirrors is in their optical testing that requires high-precision optical components with diameters exceeding the testing mirror. To avoid this problem there is a side illumination scheme, in which a narrow collimated beam propagates normal to the axis of the testing mirror. Wavefront reflected from the mirror contains information about its shape. Non-interferometric wavefront sensor is developed for analysis of the reflected beam. The method of definition of testing mirror profile is described.

Updating of a particle-in-cell method in which algorithm the specified task of parameters on Euler stage is provided is offered. Carrying out of test calculations for a Riemann problem has shown substantial increase of stability of settlement procedure with the modified method in comparison by a base particle-in-cell method.

Method of calculating of the oil film thickness between piston ring and cylinder is described in detail. Calculating of the oil film thickness is based on the solution of the dynamics of the ring. Integration of the ODE is based on the Runge-Kutta method. Oil film pressure calculation is based on the numerical solution of the Reynolds’ equation. The comparison of calculated oil film thickness and experimentally obtained is shown.

The article analyzes microactuator nonlinear dеfопnаtiоп process and geometric parameters and inertia forces influence оп the thепnоЫmеtalliс microactuator working characteristic. Microactuator is an element of microelectromechanical systems (MEMS) and micro-opto-electromechanical systems, which аге widely used nowadays. These elements have to meet special requirements. The unique numerical calculation program, which enahles to move along any parameter of continuation (including geometrical parameter), is described. This gives an opportunity to consider different shell families and to solve not only analysis task, but also the synthesis prohlem.
