The paper shows that with using modern computer technologies the educational and methodological principles can be most completely implemented through the specially designed module-based electronic packages. In this case the learning electronic library in discipline is based on the multi-purpose thematic modules, which comprise materials working together in common software environment to study theoretical issues and materials to form skills for using the acquired knowledge in practice and various forms of self-control and control. It was found that reference books and dictionaries included in training modules allow an added value in the studied subject. The practice of development of multimedia training modules shows that quite a wide range of topics in the particular area of expertise enables an easy transformation of such educational material for different learning tasks.
