Thermal compensation of the measuring channel of the pressure sensor on the basis of semi-conductor integrated transducers

 Approaches to the problem of temperature compensation of measuring errors of the channel in pressure sensor for spacecraft operating under severe conditions were considered. It was shown that, for correction and, consequently, for temperature compensation of the pressure sensor output two different methods could be used. The first one is ancillary temperature measurements, the second one is ancillary measurements of reference signals. Technical solutions for creating  thermally isolated cells and electronic circuit for temperature compensation of sensors error were developed and tested. Methods of temperature compensation of zero drift and sensitivity of piezoresistive semiconductor pressure sensors were defined. Values of the temperature error were obtained; they allowed us to put manufactured measurement channel according to GOST 22250-93 into class 0.25 accuracy.

 Development of software models of digital devices involves verification of compliance of the developed software project with initial requirements to logical functions of the device. In this paper the authors consider principles of developing test software environment for design of digital logic modules of a high-speed communications network. The verification methods for software models of logic modules of distributed data transmission and processing systems. The test software environment for a router block is responsible for reception and transmission of data packets.

The report introduces a MEMS gyroscope-based stabilization system concept and considers various types of stabilization systems, their advantages and disadvantages as well as fields of their application. The choice of a MEMS gyroscope for stabilization system is reasoned. The report also describes the basic principles of MEMS gyroscopes operation and gives an account of comparison of characteristics of analog and digital MEMS gyroscopes. A number of models by different manufacturers is presented. The authors designed a prototype version of the stabilization system. Some experimental circuit boards for MEMS gyroscopes in a stabilization system are also presented.
