This report talks about Emperor’s Moscow Technical Secondary School (EMTS) – today is Bauman Moscow State Technical University. It is the one of the oldest Technical University in Russia. Some of historic data about EMTS is mentioned. Professors A. Yershov, F. Orlov and D. Zernov were the first professors of Practical Mechanics in EMTS. Brief references about scientific and educational works of this scientist are quote (1854 – 1898). The contents of theirs courses are reviewed. Starting position of theirs creation and historical continuity from famous foreign courses is examined. Course contents are compared to each other
