77-30569/284745 Carbon adsorption and its influence on optical properties of opal
# 11, November 2011
I.I. Yurasova, N.I. Yurasov
The analysis of modifications of artificial crystals, having natural analogies, is interesting to nanophotonics. Carbon can be adsorbed in the opal. Carbon can change optical characteristics of crystallized opal. Reflection coefficient and spectrum of optical radiation can be changed. The goal of our article is assessment of influence of carbon concentration on optical characteristics. We used the original method of calculation using computer simulation. We obtained spectral dependence between reflection coefficient in different spectrum areas (near-infrared, visible, near ultraviolet) and different concentrations of carbon in opal. We justified our calculation method theoretically and experimentally.

77-30569/252086 THE TECHNOSPHERE AND BUILDING SCIENCE AND PRACTICE OBJECTS METROLOGICAL MAINTENANCE PROBLEMS
# 12, December 2011
M.I. Kiselev, V.V. Poduvalcev, M.S. Hlistunov
In article geotechnical reliability and safety maintenance results of responsible industrial targets, oil and gas pipelines, ecologically dangerous undertakings and areas of mass building, including a megacities technosphere are presented, became most an acute problem of a planet vital regions safety. Even in seismopassive areas a microseismic and microgravitational excitation intensity planet strengthening of industrial targets and the engineering constructions geodynamic resonances accelerating their geotechnical reliability degradation is observed. Now the building branch is not provided by necessary metrological maintenance and, as consequence, corresponding standard maintenance of control not only a current condition of building objects and materials, but also reasons detection of the postponed failures, decrease speeds in the major characteristics of building materials, products and assembly knots for all period of operation. The exit from the become frequent technical failures strip can be provided thanks to domestic scientific potential, information-metrological maintenance of a technosphere objects full life cycle.
