# 05, May 2012
DOI: 10.7463/0512.0400624
A.F. Tret'yakov
The author revealed the influence of thermalphysic properties of porous net materials (PNM) on the formation mechanism of the joint produced by the fusion welding. The designs of get-forming elements and plastic deformation in the PNM manufacture process have action upon anisotropy of efficient thermal conductivity. The method is presented to calculate the PNM efficient thermal conductivity and its anisotropy. Functional relationships are obtained to estimate technological process parameters providing the PNM production with prescribed thermalphysic properties. Experimental research of efficient thermal conductivity confirmed the adequacy of the obtained regularities; the research was performed both by the cylinder method and the plate method. The results of theoretical and experimental studies of thermalphysic properties are used for evaluation of energy input rate necessary for fusion welding of porous elements.

On differentiation with respect to parameter of some functions
# 05, May 2012
DOI: 10.7463/0512.0398478
P.L. Ivankov
Investigation of arithmetic nature of values of generalized hypergeometric functions usually starts with applying a linear approximating form. Such a form must have a high order of zero at the coordinate basic origin and can be constructed by means of Dirichlet principle. The results obtained in this way are considerably general but the capabilities of such a method are restricted when precise quantitative assessment is required. Additional difficulties arise for functions with irrational parameters. In some cases the approximating form can be constructed effectively. Such a construction makes it possible to obtain more precise low estimates of linear forms for functions with rational parameters and to consider a case of irrational parameters. In this paper a new construction of Pade approximation for hypergeometric functions and their derivatives (also with respect to parameter) is proposed. This construction is applied for investigation of arithmetic properties of such functions.
Control of four-propeller rotorcraft
# 05, May 2012
DOI: 10.7463/0512.0397373
Yu.S. Belinskaya, V.N. Chetverikov
The authors consider an aircraft with four propellers (four-propeller rotorcraft). The propellers are attached to two bars rigidly fastened in the middle. The propellers on different bars are rotated in opposite directions. Changes of tractive forces of the propellers allows to control motion of the rotorcraft. The mathematical model of such an aircraft represents a dynamical system with a 12-dimensional state and 4-dimensional control. Dynamic feedback linearizing this system is constructed in the article. The feedback is used to track given reference trajectories with stability at the stages of take-off and landing. Acceptability of the found control is verified. Results of numerical simulation demonstrate efficiency of the proposed approach.

# 05, May 2012
DOI: 10.7463/0512.0410536
K.A. Pupkov, Xuan Phang Pham
One of the main difficulties of analysis and synthesis of control in stochastic systems is the need of operation in multi-dimensional abstract spaces which are typically infinite-dimensional and difficult to interpret physically. A method was proposed to solve the problem of synthesis of control in stochastic systems using generalized polynomial chaos. The method allows to transform the original problem with a stochastic model into a problem with a deterministic model of high-dimensional state space of a dynamical system. This problem can be solved by known numerical methods.

# 05, May 2012
DOI: 10.7463/0512.0409216
Yu.V. Hrapovickaya, N.E. Maslova, M.L. Zanaveskin, A.N. Marchenkov
The authors carried out numerical modeling of titanium dioxide memristor working frequency and power consumption. The model of memristor consists of two resistors connected in series; their resistance depends on the layers barrier between the oxygen layer and the TiO2 layer. For the first time the memristor power consumption at structural parameters dependences was analyzed. It was shown that  significant increase of working frequency under the conditions of decrease of active layer thickness and total memristor thickness leads to the increase of memristor power consumption. The optimal values of active layer thickness and total memristor thickness were defined in this article, basing on the obtained data.

# 05, May 2012
DOI: 10.7463/0512.0378353
S.V. Eliseev, A.N. Trofimov, R.S. Bolshakov, A.A. Savchenko
The authors propose a methodical foundation of estimation and research of origination of dynamical damping of oscillations for tasks of vibration protection of machines and equipment. The novelty of the approach consists of using a new class of mathematical models for mechanical systems; these models represent structural schemes as the equivalent of dynamic systems of automatic control. The authors consider questions of scientific substantiation of structural transformations of mathematical models with selection of feedback couplings, inherent in elastic oscillation systems. A dynamical oscillation damper in the vibration protection system within the framework of the developing concept was considered as feedback of a certain type. The authors propose a technology of detection of dynamical damping of frequencies in systems with several degrees of freedom. The authors show possibilities of improvement of the “dynamical damping of oscillations” concept the physical meaning of which essentially depends on the choice of synthesis coordinates. The authors propose a synthesis method for building vibration protection systems with dynamical absorbers of oscillations. The numeric simulation and laboratory experiment results are included in the article.

Influence of the atmosphere on image quality in optical telescopes
# 05, May 2012
DOI: 10.7463/0512.0414002
V.V. Sychev
The atmosphere is one of the basic factors worsening the quality of optical systems. The atmosphere as a medium for radiation propagation shows its distorting influence through the ability to absorb, to scatter, to refract (atmospheric refraction) this radiation, to change its properties continuously (atmospheric turbulence), and also, depending on the state of the atmosphere, to produce different electromagnetic effects (electrical breakdowns, ionization, etc). The author proposes a new approach to examination of the influence of the atmosphere on image quality. It was shown that this influence has geometric and three-dimensional temporary special features. Recommendations regarding effective reduction of this influence are given.

DOI: 10.7463/0512.0408094
S.B. Odinokov, G.R. Sagatelyan, A.S. Goncharov, M.S. Kovalev, A.B. Solomashenko, N.M. Verenikina
The authors consider capabilities of manufacturing diffraction and hologram optical elements (DOE and HOE) with the use of the “Caroline 15 PE” machine. The purpose of the work was to increase the quality of binary DOE-HOE which is defined mainly by depth of the regular profile on the functional surface. It is shown that the maximum of this depth corresponds to the maximum of the etching selectivity of glass concerning a mask material. It is established that at thickness of chromic mask of 100 nanometers the PE method reaches depth of surface to 1,4 microns. It allows to increase the diffraction efficiency of DOE-HOE. Relative intensity of light in the second order of diffraction is 30 %; it allows to create new products of micro-optics.

# 05, May 2012
DOI: 10.7463/0512.0364256
V.M. Gradov
With the framework of multi-liquid hydrodynamic approximation, the author proposes a computational model of non-equilibrium space-inhomogeneous plasma of discharge in metallic vapor in the compound with inert gas which has different temperatures of light and heavy particles. All  the functions of energy and state particle distribution were considered to be non-equilibrium and calculated in the course of evaluation. Beside collision processes in the kinetics of energy level population of plasma-generating components, radiative excitation by resonant lines expanded with different mechanisms is taken into account. Theory and experimental data are in good agreement (5-15%) with temperature fields and electron and heavy plasma particle concentration, and also with basic radiative and electro-physical characteristics of discharges in the mercury vapor with argon buffer.
