Problems of condition monitoring of agricultural fields based on prediction of NDVI dynamics considering climate and atmospheric influence were studied. Different algorithms for preparing initial data were proposed. The research was conducted for the regions of Russia which are notable for different relief, climate and environment. Initial data for simulation were formed by combining the information from the multi-spectral and hyper-spectral space imagery. The conducted mathematical simulation showed a principal opportunity to use Earth observing systems for appropriate short-time predicting of vegetation processes.

The article describes the aspects of small satellite attitude control system scaled-down simulation facility modular structure development. The rational methods of satellite attitude control system scaled-down simulation universal facility development are analyzed. Effective user interface design solutions are suggested. The reasonable limitations of the facility application field are considered. The principles of hardware real-time performance are proposed.

The article describes the problems of efficient analysis of the telemetry data coming from spacecraft. The necessity of spacecraft on-board parameters constant monitoring over a period of circuit is justified. The main difficulties of received data processing are illustrated, some variants of solutions are given. The statistic observation results of “Yubileiny (RS-30)” satellite during the 2008-2011 years, made by Bauman university Mission control center, are demonstrated.
